The 2004 Show
It was a very breezy but dry and mostly sunny day and there were large crowds in attendance. There were pretty much the same ingredients as previous years but also a highly entertaining sheep display.
A New Zealander did his very funny sheep routine. Some little kids ran for it when he said that sheep with pointy horns sometimes escaped into the crowd. Thurlstone Brass Band did a rollicking good performance and a few hunt supporters protested about the law change to ban fox hunting.
